There’s a hobby store inside 23 W. 45th Street in Manhattan that offers a display case in the building lobby featuring samples of the store's wares, such as these toy buses and subway cars. I've never actually been in the store, which is somewhere inside the building on an upper floor. I have no desire to buy anything in it, although it might be fun just to browse.
The display case consists mostly of the kinds of miniature sets for the table top that Lionel Trains pass on their tracks. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen actual railroad trains or tracks in the display case, only the subway cars seen in the picture at the top.
The Hamburger Harry’s was intact the first time I visited:
But not so intact the next time:
There actually used to be a real Hamburger Harry's on W. 45th St. about a block west of this store. I even ate there a few times.
They have other toys and things there, including this Flash Gordon-type spaceship surrounded by anachronistic warriors from periods a thousand years apart:

They also have panoramas for the war buffs:
Plus other toys:
One of these days I’ll actually go into the store.
