Building Facade on W. 12 St.: Like a Hollywood Set

They've torn down the building that used to be St. Vincent's Hospital on 12th Street and 7th Avenue and they're building condos in its place, but they kept part of the facade of the old building. When I first spotted the site, it looked like this:

I got closer:

Don't ask how, but I got inside the site, where it looks even more like a Hollywood set:

Then I went over to the northern boundary of the block, W. 13th Street, where they've got a similar facade up, only much wider:

Again, I managed to get inside and saw the building's original name:

Will that name be on the condos?
